Joy is a narrative BL game made in RPGMaker MZ for Windows. You play as Eli, a man thrown into a surreal and unexpected situation that will make him rethink about his whole life and both of his past and future actions. Will he be able to find happiness at the end of the tunnel?
This game contains heavy themes and a lot of reading. Please only play it if you're fine with that.
There are two endings to unlock!

wow, that was just... wow. I'm so happy that they got a happy ending. i nearly cried.
What an emotional rollercoaster! This game is amazing and beautiful, I couldn't stop playing and feeling invested in the characters and the story
just finished both endings, I ADORE AMAEL SO MUCH. I CRIED AFTER SEEING HIS STATE T-T T-T
Another great game. Of course, I cried, and I definitely don't have the guts to play the other ending, but it was absolutely amazing to play. It was so well written I couldn't help but to feel guilty through most pf the game.

Absolutely fantastic game! Stayed up way too late playing because I was completely engrossed. Few games manage to make me cry, and this one did.

i love this game so much already but im a bit stuck on part where mel leaves shopping and Im left to look for charger for phone. Ive been trying to click everything I could but I cant find how to proceed. Any tips/advice pls? thank u in advance and thank u for amazing games!

It should be in one of the room upstairs (Mel's, if we remember correctly, otherwise do forgive us).
If you're ever stuck, pressing H will show the Hint Mode that shows every interactable objects/spots :)
If it doesn't we'll look into it because we don't want any bug to ruin the experience!

aaa thank u so much its ok now it worked! unfortunately there occured some loading problem with file righ after mel invited mc to coffee. i hop theres a way to fix it. have a nice day :)

Also, is the game properly downloaded and unzipped? Perhaps some data is missing.
Did restarting the game fix it?

Yes, it does seem like it's not loading a specific music track properly. We'll get to it right away to see if we can load it differently :)
We'll do our best so that you can still use your savefiles on the fixed version! :)

It should be fixed in the new version. We've tried making the track names easier so that they're readable by any PC in any language. Still, if any other error like this appears, we'll do our best to fix it :) We're sorry for the trouble we've caused you!
If you download the new version, you can simply copy-paste your save files in the new save folder :)
If it doesn't exist/doesn't read them, you can save once in the new version and then replace the files with yours!
Of course, if any problem arises, we can always do it for you so feel free to contact us any time :D

For now we're a bit unable to assist you with the translation but all the text should be inside the "texts" folder, if you wanna have a look at it :) (any text software should be able to open the files, although we used Sublime Text for most of the work)
